• As an executive at DuPont, George led numerous regional and global teams (EU, US and Asia) to deliver significant business growth in new ventures, existing businesses in services and materials.
• Developed significant industrial expertise in lithium ion batteries from both business and technical perspectives. Established market connections globally and validated opportunities in lithium ion batteries. 
• Led deep dives into the automotive electrification space to identify opportunities in the materials space exceeding $1B and led lithium ion battery M&A in Asia.
• Initiated discovery work and partnerships at national and international laboratories, major automotive OEMs, end users and materials suppliers globally. Identified and worked with leading LIB professors (Nobel Prize winners).
• Confided to the US Secretary of Energy for funding initiatives in LIB. Invited speaker and panelist at the Battery Shows.
